You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled journey time without incurring any cancellation charges for our services. However, if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the pick-up time, the following rules will apply:

• Multi-day trip: The charge for the first day will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the user.
• Single day trip/Local: No refund will be issued.
• Airport transfer: No cancellation charges apply if cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the pick-up time.

If you are eligible for a refund based on the “Cancellation and Refundable” policy outlined above, the refund will be processed and remitted to you within 5-7 working days.
